A nice early-days West Friesland ducat still in the Hungarian Standing Knight style.  He has a halberd instead of the sword over his shoulder and is facing us instead of heading right in profile with a bundle of arrows.  This resembles the Hungarian goldguden going back into the 1300's, surely an inspiration for the Netherlands ducats.
